SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100

   Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather,  customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean.

  • International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • G'Glore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the carrier for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following criteria:
✅ Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ No signs of wear, damage, or tampering
✅ Includes all accessories and original invoice

Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, and clearance items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@gglore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to our return address (provided upon approval).

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 5 days with photos of the issue.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 4 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
